These terms are the ground rules for using Ashgrove. They are short on flourish and long on plain statements of what we are, and what we are not.

i.Acceptance of these terms

By using ashgroveplans.info (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ii.What the Site is

Ashgrove Medigap Plans is a free informational and referral service. We publish general educational material about Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance and, if you ask, refer your request to independent licensed insurance agents and partner organizations. We are not an insurance company, agent or broker. We do not sell, issue or administer insurance, we do not enroll anyone in any plan, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

iii.Educational content only

Information on the Site, including the plan explorer and the chart, is a simplified, general description. It is not insurance, legal, tax or medical advice. Benefits, eligibility rules and availability differ by state, ZIP code, insurer and individual circumstances, and can change. For the full details of any policy, rely on the insurer’s outline of coverage. For information on all your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048) or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). We do not offer every plan available in your area.

iv.No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, approved, eligible for any plan, or that any plan will meet your needs or cost any particular amount. Nothing on the Site is an offer of coverage.

v.Partners are independent

Organizations listed on the Partners page, and any agent who contacts you, are independent of Ashgrove. We do not control their statements, products, pricing or conduct. Listing is informational and is not an endorsement. Any agreement you make with a partner is solely between you and that partner.

vi.Your consent and communications

When you submit the request form, you authorize us and our partners to contact you as described in the Privacy Policy, including by phone, text and email using automated technology. You confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided.

vii.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no submitting false or another person’s information, scraping or automated harvesting, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

viii.Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, illustrations and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

ix.Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

x.Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASHGROVE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM DEALINGS WITH PARTNERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

xi.Governing law and disputes
