Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you visit Ashgrove or ask to be contacted. We have tried to write it plainly. Please read it alongside our Terms of Use.
i.Who we are
Ashgrove Medigap Plans (“Ashgrove,” “we,” “us”) operates ashgroveplans.info, a free informational and referral website about Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance. We are a private company. We are not an insurer, an insurance agent or broker, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
ii.Information we collect
We collect information in two ways.
- Information you give us. When you complete our request form, you may provide your name, ZIP code, date of birth or age range, telephone number, email address, and answers to questions about the coverage you currently have or are considering.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and analytics tools may record your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, bank details or detailed medical records. We do not need them to help you.
iii.How we use information
We use what we collect to respond to your request, to match you with licensed insurance agents or partner organizations who may contact you, to operate and improve the website, to measure whether our content is useful, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
iv.Sharing with partners and marketers
If you submit the request form and consent, we share the information you provide with licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies and other partner organizations, some of which appear on our Partners page, so that they may contact you about Medicare Supplement and related products. Partners are independent companies. After information is shared, their own privacy policies and practices govern how they handle it.
We may also share information with service providers who help us run the website (hosting, analytics, lead-delivery and security vendors), with professional advisers, in connection with a business transfer, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell information gathered solely from website browsing that is not tied to a request you submit.
v.Your consent to be contacted (TCPA)
By submitting the form you expressly consent to be contacted by Ashgrove and by licensed agents and partner organizations at the telephone number and email address you provide, by phone call, text message and email, including with automated dialing technology and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, about Medicare Supplement and related insurance products. This consent applies even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, by telling the caller you wish to stop, or by emailing privacy@ashgroveplans.info.
vi.Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand traffic, and to measure the performance of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit analytics and advertising cookies where your browser or device offers such options. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site behave. We respond to opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law.
vii.Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA) and other state rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share; to request access to and deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of some other states have comparable rights.
To make a request, email privacy@ashgroveplans.info with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority. In the past twelve months we may have disclosed identifiers, contact details and coverage-interest information to partners for the business purposes described above.
viii.Choices and opt-out
You can ask us to stop sharing your information with partners, to delete your submission, or to stop contacting you by emailing privacy@ashgroveplans.info. Each partner that contacts you should also give you a way to opt out of its own communications; please use it. Unsubscribe links appear in our emails.
ix.Children
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
x.Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to satisfy legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
xi.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
